Volunteering consists of dedicating a portion of our time, of our own freewill, to charitable causes, altruistic and unpaid work and without asking for anything in return, in order to help in areas that we feel connected to, with an NGO of our choosing, and with the aim of assisting and contributing to the greater good of our community. Being a volunteer can be a gratifying experience; on Menorca there are a variety of different entities to which you can offer your abilities and time. Menorca Preservation is just one of these; there are many more to choose from. Get inspired and get involved in the communtiy!

Volunteer for MeP
At Menorca Preservation we are looking for volunteers committed to the environment. If you would like to collaborate with our foundation you can do so in the following areas of work: Communication (marketing, content development for social networks, web design, photography, video), Events and Fundraising (charity events, search for donors, application for grants and subsidies) and Translations (English, Spanish and Catalan). If you can think of another area of work in which you could help us, don't hesitate to contact our team so that we can assess it! -
Plastic Free Menorca
Our Plastic Free Menorca Alliance, as well as looking for volunteers to help us in the different plastic collection outings, is also looking for support in the following areas of work: Communication (marketing, content development for social networks, web design, photography, video) and Translations (English, Spanish and Catalan). 0 Plastic Menorca
The 0 Plastic Menorca movement has the mission to raise awareness and sensitise about the reduction and re-use of plastics, to educate about the problem and concrete solutions; and to promote sustainable tourism in Menorca as a successful example in the Mediterranean, involving people and organisations both on the island and abroad. In addition, 0 Plastic Menorca is part of our Plastic Free Menorca Alliance. -
Per la Mar Viva
PER LA MAR VIVA is a non-profit organisation formed by volunteers in 2017, with the aim of ensuring the good health of the sea and defending it from any action that could harm it, especially in the area of plastic pollution. -

Custodia Agraria
Custodia Agraria is the Farm Stewardship programme developed by GOB Menorca since 2004 on our island. Within the programme, you can help the viability of the farms by signing up for the Agricultural Volunteering days that take place on the stewardship farms, by monitoring bio-indicators or by offering another service to the project.
