Sa Punta restaurant donates €6,541 to Menorca Preservation through the 1 euro per table initiative
The owners of the establishment pledged to donate 1 euro per table served during this season to Menorca Preservation, an amount that the Foundation will use to continue financing environmental projects on the island.
Sa Punta Menorca restaurant, located on the Cales Fons quay, has implemented this summer the “1 euro per table” initiative, through which, for every table served in its establishments, the restaurant donates 1 euro to Menorca Preservation, the non-profit foundation for the preservation and conservation of Menorca’s natural heritage.
The owners of Sa Punta once again show their commitment to the conservation of our island, taking another step forward in their sustainability policy, which complements the different measures already implemented by the establishment, such as their commitment to the reduction of single-use plastics or the use of local produce to offer a healthier Mediterranean cuisine both for the public of their restaurant and for the planet.
In addition, their winter menu will soon be available for which, in line with their firm commitment to the Menorcan community, they have maintained their prices, assuming the current cost increases so that they do not affect their customers.
We are very grateful for this type of collaboration that allows us to continue to strengthen our work, which has as a priority the preservation of the island and to value our natural heritage. We could not be more grateful for the donation received, as the support of local businesses is essential to help us raise funds and to continue to raise awareness of our work.
