Our Impact
Our Theory of Change
We at Menorca Preservation base our work in Conservation Collective’s Theory of Change, which has had our support in its development, and establishes a chain of actions focused on two very defined levels:
- At Conservation Collective’s level, the key objectives are; launching and strengthening local foundations; channelling funds to local foundations; sharing resources and knowledge to speak with a collective voice.
- Local foundations, within Conservation Collective, (such as Menorca Preservation), work side by side with local communities to reinforce projects on the ground, that define and structure both our strategic vision and our daily work.
