Manu Pahikung: a unique naturally dyed Pahikung Kimono designed by Bex Manners for R Collective


In this unique pahikung naturally dyed Kimono, the Mamuli, a sacred omega-shaped ornament, symbolizes fertility, wealth, and ancestral connection, serving as a gateway between the human and spiritual realms, while the rooster represents vigilance, masculinity, and the waking day tied to ritual offerings and the Marapu animist belief system. Together, these motifs reflect the harmony between the spiritual and material worlds, embodying local cultural identity and ancestral reverence, making the textiles highly valued as both art and cultural artifacts.

Artist Àngels Verdaguer (Barcelona) gives new life to discarded iron by transforming it into expressive, imaginative sculptures. With talent, creativity and a deep respect for nature, she creates artworks inspired by the ocean depths and endangered marine species. Her figurative pieces are harmonious, meaningful, and visually captivating.
Àngels exhibits her work in ROVELLART, her gallery located in Ciutadella, Menorca. The name —a blend of “rust” and “art”— reflects the essence of her creations: recycled beauty turned into powerful artistic statements. Her pieces vary in shape and size — from small accents to statement pieces — and are also available through her online shop.
Rovellart is the artistic project of Àngels Verdaguer (Barcelona), who transforms recycled iron pieces into sculptures full of life, colour and meaning. With creativity, imagination, and her hands as her main tool, Àngels brings to life figurative works inspired by the seabed and endangered marine species. Each piece is unique, harmonious and thought-provoking, encouraging a more conscious view of the ocean. Her gallery, located in Ciutadella (Menorca), showcases artworks in a variety of shapes and sizes — from small decorative pieces to striking sculptures that can transform an entire space. Rovellart also has an online shop, making her creations accessible from anywhere.

Blanca Madruga came to ceramics from an unexpected path: she studied law and humanities. But her creative drive and aesthetic sensibility led her to explore clay, turning a playful curiosity into a true passion. Now based in Mahón, Menorca, she works in her lively ceramic studio where every piece is made with dedication and love. Blanca aims to create daily-use pieces that form a deep connection with those who use them, sharing a bit of her joy in every object.

Day trip on a traditional Menorcan llaüt with Olives Ocean

Enjoy a full-day sailing trip along the stunning coast of Menorca aboard a traditional llaüt, hosted by Olives Ocean:An unforgettable way to discover Menorca’s coast with authenticity, calm and charm. With space for up to 7 passengers, this is a chance to unwind, explore hidden coves, and experience the island from the sea.
The standard departure is at 10:00 am with return at 6:00 pm, but timing can be adjusted between 9:30 and 11:00 am to suit your group’s preferences. Passengers are asked to arrive 20 minutes before departure to complete documentation.
Includes the skipper, fuel, snorkelling masks and tubes, a picnic of local products, non-alcoholic drinks, and underwater photos of the experience.
Food is not included, but you are welcome to bring your own. If needed, an extra cooler is available.
