Press release on the Cristine Bedfor hotel in the centre of Mahón, touching on the collaboration between Cristine Bedfor and Menorca Preservation.

As Cristine rightly puts it, “To come to Mahón and not act sustainably wouldn’t make any sense”. With this in mind, Cristine Bedfor have worked hard and made huge contributions towards acting accordingly to what they believe.

Our joint campaign ‘Dream Global, Eat Local’, began in 2020 with a focus on supporting local produce and landscape in Menorca. We are very proud of what we have achieved to date, and are very excited about future projects within this field.
